In order for the contract for the purchase of products in our store to be valid, the ordering information provided by the user must be accurate, complete and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a violation of the terms, which may result in the dissolution of the contract with Yesterdazzed.
Purchase validation
Once the purchase has been made and immediately, Yesterdazzed will send the user by e-mail an order confirmation. If the customer does not agree with the data provided in this confirmation you can request the modification of these or the cancellation of the order.
In any case, the communication corresponding to the cancellation or modification must be made within seven working days from the confirmation of the order, via email and provided that the order has not been shipped.
Prices
The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. Prices are expressed in dollars ($$) and include taxes, applicable to the corresponding country.
However, the transaction may be exempt or not subject to such tax depending on the purchaser’s country of residence and the status of the purchaser (entrepreneur/professional or individual).
Consequently, in some cases the final price of the order may be altered with respect to that shown on the website.
The invoice is issued upon shipment and is accessible and downloadable from the user account and sent in PDF format in the shipment confirmation email.
Validity of prices and offers
The products offered on the website, and their prices, will be available for purchase as long as they are displayed and can be viewed through the website.
Users are kindly requested to access updated versions of the website to avoid pricing errors. In any case, orders in process will maintain their conditions for 7 days from the moment of their formalization.
Payment methods
The user/buyer agrees to pay Yesterdazzed for the products purchased in the accepted forms of payment and for any additional amount (including taxes).
Yesterdazzed accepts the following payment methods:
- Paypal.
- Debit and credit card.
Once the purchase has been made, a confirmation of the purchase will be sent to the e-mail address indicated, which will serve as proof of the transaction “Proof of purchase”, together with a link to these general conditions of purchase, as well as to the return policy.
The confirmation of the contract and its receipt will not be valid as an invoice that will be sent when the order is shipped.
Delivery conditions
Our average order processing time is 2-5 working days for all products in all types of techniques.
If an item is not in stock, we will always inform you of the estimated date provided by each supplier and to which we commit ourselves.
In case there is an incidence in the delivery times, it will be informed by the customer service always giving the best solution to the customer and the option if desired to cancel the order.
Cancellations, Refunds and Withdrawal
Order cancellation
An order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order you must send an email and provide the order reference you wish to cancel.
The refund will be made by the same payment method chosen at the time of placing the order.
Exclusion of Liability
Yesterdazzed assumes no liability for the misuse of products purchased on our site and, more specifically, Yesterdazzed is exonerated from all liability for any risk or loss, personal or otherwise, that may occur as a direct or indirect result of the misuse of any product purchased on this website. This does not apply to a manufacturing defect in which case Yesterdazzed has the obligation to remedy the problem by refunding the purchase price or sending a new product.
Yesterdazzed assumes no responsibility regarding the decision to purchase any of the products purchased, being at the sole discretion and responsibility of the customer that determination.
After-sales service and guarantees
We do not have an after-sales service as such, although we try to solve all your doubts.
In case of tare or defect, the full amount paid will be refunded.

In case of a complaint, send an email to our email account, indicating in the subject: COMPLAINT and the order number.
